Return Policy
Shipping Policy:
We offer ground shipping through FedEx, UPS or USPS and LTL shipping through a verify of commercial freight companies to meet the needs of our customers.
Shipments are typically processed within 1-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays) depending on selection and inventory. Expedited overnight shipping request must be made by 12 noon or the order will be processed the next business day (this does not apply to LTL shipments).
Return Policy:
All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, coolers are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be approved by Gorman Cooler Supply and require an RMA (Return Material Authorization). You can request and RMA by emailing mailto:info@gormanevap.com or calling (602) 272-2941
Defective or Damaged Items:
Items that have been shipped and are received damaged; you must notify us with in 2 days. We ask that you document the damage by taking photos (of item and packaging as received) as this will assist us in filling a claim with the shipping company.
If the item, you purchased/received is defective out of box; you must notify us within 2 days. A replacement part will be provided at no additional cost once the defective item has been returned.
All merchandise must be unused, un-assembled, un-installed, in original condition and in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund in cases where the merchandise does not meet this criteria. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
